Good Time Golfing – Terms & Conditions

Bookings

• All bookings made at Good Time Golfing are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend your booking, you may request to reschedule, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your original booking time.
• Rescheduled bookings must take place within 7 days of the original booking date.
• Reschedule requests received less than 24 hours before your booking time cannot be accommodated, and your session will be forfeited.

Arrival & Late Policy

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and a safety briefing.
• Late arrivals may have reduced time or may be refused entry, depending on capacity and operational requirements.

 

Rules of the Range

To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, all guests must follow our Range Rules:

1. Keep back from the edge – Always stay behind the safety line when not actively taking your shot.
2. One person in the red zone at a time – Only one guest should be in the designated hitting area (red zone) at any given time.
3. Maximum 6 people per bay – For safety and comfort, no more than six players are allowed in a single bay.
4. No trick shots or throwing clubs/balls – Unsafe behaviour, including trick shots and throwing equipment, is strictly prohibited.
5. No smoking or vaping – Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the range.
6. Follow all staff instructions at all times.
7. Respect other players and maintain appropriate behaviour.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.
